The Administration section is responsible for meeting the many administrative, managerial, and technological needs of the laboratory. The Administration staff includes human resource, accounting, operations, technology, and secretarial personnel.
Responsibilities of administration staff include:
- Vacancy advertisement/staff recruitment
- Payroll processing
- Budgeting and fiscal management
- Building operations
- Building and vehicle maintenance
- Network and application management
- Subpoena coordination
- Record keeping
The primary goal of the Administration staff is to provide a quality operational work environment that supports the necessary work of our forensic personnel. The section also serves as liaison to state, local, and federal agencies.
